Being at top of virtually anything is quite stressful, to say the least. There’s a whole lot of pressure that comes crowding with being a leader or staying at the peak of a career or business. You can bet that industry leaders feel the same type of strain too at different points in their business journey.
Nonetheless, it isn’t impossible to achieve success and still be at the forefront of your industry. Only that to actually leverage and build on your position as a leader, it takes a whole lot of determination and guaranteed strategies.
F.H. Cann & Associates provides the perfect example of how much it takes to lead the pack of other call center agents and business process outsourcing companies. Interestingly, there’s no end in sight for them. They are more than ready to take the bull by the horn in 2021.
We wanted to find out how they plan to achieve this. So, we spoke to representatives of the company to see what the firm’s strategy for being an industry leader is.
Do you think F.H. Cann & Associates was in the leading sphere of its industry in 2020?
It’s not up for debate that the outgone year came with a bundle of difficulties for most businesses. The only companies that can sufficiently regard themselves as industry leaders are those who positioned themselves to thrive in the middle of the pandemic. Since we did that successfully, I would say we were industry leaders in the past year.
In addition, we got an important recognition as a fast-growing private company on the Inc 5000 list. That’s more than enough proof of the top spot we stand in the industry.
Now that you admit the past year was challenging, how did you position yourself to excel?
That came simply for us. Even though we didn’t see the pandemic coming, we’ve been future-focused for a long time coming. We took steps to build structures and motivate our employees to deliver perfection.
Our customer-centered model also worked wonders as we were able to offer more satisfaction for the services we offered.
How do you plan to sustain this momentum as industry leaders in 2021?
Mostly, we’ll be following the business models that proved successful in the past year. We are quite convinced that this year will be a bit similar to 2020, at least in the first few months.
Notwithstanding, we’ll be improving our employee management and motivation levels. Also, we look to leverage on the competitive edge that the information on our blog offers.
Do you see your firm being ranked highly this year?
Definitely, we do not just look forward to it. We’re actively working towards it. We understand the criteria and we’re working towards upping the numbers in our favor.
Will remote work be an integral part of your success strategy in 2021?
We’re going quite flexible with this model. While we’ll be actively continuing remote work for a reasonable percentage of our staff, there would be quite a number of them at our physical stations. Hopefully, the year wouldn’t present us with more lockdowns in the coming months but nonetheless, we are ready for the post-pandemic contract center era.
