A brand launch for a new joint venture earned Twenty Three Layers major honors at the recent BizBash Event Style Awards.
Twenty Three Layers, one of the top corporate event planners in NYC that clients seek for first-rate productions, won an award in the Best Events of the Decade category at the awards ceremony. The award was for best corporate event concept with a budget of over $500,000.
Twenty Three Layers’ award was for the launch of New York Interconnect, a joint venture of Altice USA, Charter, and Comcast. The campaign played on the concept of a new partnership being similar to other great combos over the years. The campaign celebrated the notion that the three companies are “greater together” and drew comparisons to rock and roll; bacon, egg, and cheese; and Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian.
New York Interconnect is a joint venture that provides a multi-screen approach to media buying via television, over-the-top streaming, and live streaming.
The BizBash Event Style Awards honor the best in meeting and event ideas, strategies, products, and technology in North America and beyond. Winners are evaluated in several areas: quality of execution, effectiveness, innovation and creativity, and influence on the industry.
Judges include BizBash’s national advisory board members and BizBash editors. More than 100 categories, including live and virtual, were evaluated.
The category where Twenty Three Layers won – best events of the decade – featured winners that are among the most well-known and respected brands in business and nonprofits. Other category winners included Audi of America, Bravo TV, Cisco, Dell Computers, Fila Tennis, Google Assistant, Google Home, Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop, HBO, the Humane Society of the United States, the National Museum of African American History & Culture, Nike, Nissan Canada, the Philadelphia Flower Show, Secret deodorant, Veuve Clicquot and W Hotels.
Twenty Three Layers also won two awards at the 2018 BizBash Event Style Awards, for best event décor – budget over $250,000 and best staging and set design.
